History
Since 2001, Caribe AHU System Inc; a native corporation, acquires the right to manufacture and distribute Carrier Model 39NTR Custom Air Handling Unit. Since that moment we’ve dedicated our selves to make the best air handling unit possible using high quality parts and materials.
We specialize in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and chemical areas, but also serve the commercial market. We are proud of our well designed product and of the results that we have achieved for our clients in many challenging applications.
Caribe AHU has created a new Mechanical Contrator division called Caribe Pro Service. The company established its exemplary reputation since its early beginnings in the pharmaceutical and other industrial markets, which has grown over the years to include hospital, hotel and commercial construction. It has successfully completed numerous office buildings, clean rooms, sterile areas, laboratories, production areas, packaging areas, warehouse buildings, from projects as small as the installation of a single pipe to complex turn-key projects.
Caribe PRO Services Inc. workmanship and abilities are not only confirmed by its sound reputation in the market, but is also backed by strong financial group which assures that every project will be completed to the client’s satisfaction. In addition, its staff of more than 150 engineers, technicians, field and office personnel daily contributes their 35 years of combined experience to achieve a level of expertise unmatched by other mechanical contracting companies today.
The president of the company is: Pedro Nazario Cortes, who holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has 20 years of experience in the manufacturing of Custom Made Air Handling Units, Commercial and Industrial Air Conditioning. Ventilation, Air Filtration, Mechanical Installations, Piping, etc. Our facilities in a Warehouse of 8,000 squared meter of area are located in Candelaria Arenas, Toa Baja P.R.
